Services, Goods and requests for both, are posted to the Gigzon.com web site. The postings are offered through visible ads, online. If you're a Seller, your gig is paid for before you even begin your work. The prices are fixed from $1.00 up to $100.00 USD (no tax). Services you offer should be delivered as quickly as possible. If you're a Buyer, you have multiple, competitively priced creative offerings to choose from, all under one roof.

The Gigzon.com web page is optimized for most used browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox- Windows, Firefox Safari, Mac OS X). Resolution is 1024x768 and more.

I want to sell my service on Gigzon.com - what should I do?

It's really easy. In order to sell your services on Gigzon.com, you need to simply register. Registration is completely free, and totally anonymous. Get registered on Gigzon.com, then add your first service/product. Please feel free to read all our pages, including Terms and Conditions. Once you're registered and ready to sell, just click on "Start selling" and get your offer out there.

I want to buy a service on Gigzon.com - what should I do?

Register on Gigzon.com for FREE, find a gig you like, and order it. You pay for it up front, so the Seller knows you're serious, then we hold the money in escrow until you are happy with the delivered result. Only you, The Buyer, will decide if you approve of a delivered gig or not. And you always have 72 hours after it's delivered to approve or disapprove a gig.

Is there any guarantee on Gigzon.com?

If a Seller does not deliver a satisfactory product or service, they do not get paid. If a Buyer does not pay the posted amount up front, the work never starts. All parties are protected by that system. Gigzon.com also does everything possible to prevent fraud, up to and including infringing on the rights of third parties. We invest a lot of time and effort to check and verify our Sellers and Buyers, to avoid fraudulent behavior. I do not own a company, can I still offer my services?

Yes you can. When you deliver the gig successfully, the web page will automatically generate a contract. According to our terms and conditions, you, as a Seller, are solely responsible for taxes on your income.

I'm a freelancer/own a company - can I offer my services?

Yes! Just state your Business ID number in your profile. This is another feature which so great about Gigzon.com: Any individual or business can offer goods and services on Gigzon.com, priced between $1.00 and $100.00 USD. There are thousands of individuals or small business entrepreneurs who offer their services here, because we offer the security of knowing their work is paid for, before they even begin.

Im a freelancer/own a company - can I buy offered services?

Absolutely! Just put in your company ID at checkout, and we will put it in the invoice which you will receive via email. You can use this invoice for your tax purposes. Simple. Safe. Creative... Awesome!

What about returns?

An order if finished, can be canceled (if necessary) through Customer Service, for up to 10 days after service delivery. Any cancellation inquiries received after 10 days from accepted delivery will not be processed. Contact us

I don't offer any services, but I do offer products - can I register?

Yes! Gigzon.com offers the opportunity to sell your original handmade products, which require physical delivery to the buyer. Additional delivery costs will occur, and are payed for by the Buyer. Postage is stated by the Seller in the Add Gig form, or in the gig description. All orders are payed for upfront, therefore no COD is necessary.

What is evaluation?

As a Seller you will be rated by the Buyer. You can get positive or negative feedback, depending on the quality and timeliness of your work. The better your feedback, the more buyers you can get. You can receive better ratings by adhering to your gig conditions of delivery, and producing great results.

How long does my gig stay active?

The gig stays active on-line unless and until you cancel it. You can cancel/delete your gig at anytime.

How much will I earn from each gig?

Your earnings are calculated from the price you have set in your gig. Gigzon.com only receives a 10% commission per sold service, for hosting all the world's most creative people, under one roof. e.g. If your gig price is $5.00, you will receive $4.50, $10.00 receive $9.00, $40.00 receive $36.00, etc.

How can I withdraw my earnings?

After successful delivery of a service, a 10 days security period applies to all orders. In this period the buyer can forward possible objections directly to Customer Service. People being people, this occurs only occasionally. The security period protects both parties. We will do our best to assist in the case of any dispute. If we find that all terms and conditions were met, the Seller can claim their earnings in the My Earnings page.

Where do you send my earnings?

Do not forget to fill out your PayPal account information, for earnings payout. Gigzon.com will only send your earnings through PayPal.
